We are a non-profit group which works within the South of England, primarily the counties of Kent, Surrey and Sussex to promote and guard the welfare of the Arabian horse. We work closely with the Arab Horse Society (UK) to promote the Purebred Arabian, Anglo Arab and Partbred Arabian not only as a show horse, but as a versitile riding horse capable of competing across the spectrum of disciplines at all levels with riders of all ages and abilities.

We welcome new members to our group with an interest in the Arabian horse whether owners or non-owning enthusiasts, all are welcome. We organise a show each year, The Summer ECAHO C Show held at Merrist Wood Equine Arena 2023 date for this show is now confirmed.

The group show is affiliated to the AHS.

The 2023 Summer ECAHO C Show is Sunday 25th June at Merrist Wood Equine Arena including HOYS, British Arabian Championships & Crabbett.

"NEW DATES" added for our Clinics in 2023 are available under NEWS & EVENTS at a new venue Chelwood Gate Equestrian & also Victoria Ayling's home in Ockley, Surrey.

We have very successful dressage teams who’s results at the AHS Championship Show at Malvern & Chepstow have been second to none for many years.

The group actively provides donations and support each year to various charities and events. In 2021 these were:
SEAHG Welfare Fund, The Kent Air Ambulance, The SEAHG Dressage Teams and a local welfare charitiy in the South East area.

We are happy to try to help in welfare cases and where additional support is needed and we have put a SEAHG Welfare Fund in place which can be used to provide assistance at the descretion of the committee. All contacts will be treated with complete privacy. Members can contact any committee member who will endeavor to help. Contact telephone numbers and email address for all the SEAHG committee members can be found on the Committee page of our website.
