SEAHG PERFORMANCE AWARDS
The South East Arabian Horse Group are introducing new Performance Awards for our members.
There will be separate awards for Pure Bred, Part Bred and Anglo Arabians.
The competition will run from 1st January – 31st December each year.
Points will be calculated from the chart below by multiplying the factor x placing
ie: Placed 2nd Novice Eventing 6
Placed 1st Elementary Dressage 4 x 6 = 24
Grade 4 at 80km 3 x 6 = 18
5 bonus points will be awarded for each separate discipline in which the horse is successful.
Competitions that are not affiliated to British Dressage, British Show Jumping, British Eventing, Endurance GB will be awarded half marks with the exception of those classes highlighted in BLUE on the chart, where there is not an affiliated option.
Showing results can to be affiliated to any showing organisation: AHS, BSHA, CHAPS, BSPA, SHB(GB), NPS, BSPS etc
Results from unaffiliated shows will be awarded half marks.

The South East Arabian Horse Group AGM
Will be taking place on Friday, 25th March 2022
Heathy Farm Pub, Balcombe Road, Crawley RH10 3NQ
Arrive for 7pm for a drink and a quick catch-up then th emeeting will start 7.30pm
We also welcome non-members, come and find out more about the group.
We are an all-inclusive group, are keen to engage with any horse owner who wants to have fun with their Pure, Anglo or Part Bred Arabian, and may be new to showing.
We are working on the Summer Show Schedule, so now is the time to let us know what new classes you would like us to add.

We will hold Ridden Clinics in 2024 with Pat Smedley
Open to All Breeds.
Pat Smedley clinics will take place at Chelwood Equestrian in the Indoor Arena.
The aim of the clinics is to improve the horse and rider with the show ring in mind and we are lucky to have the expert services of both judges.
All are welcome from the novice horses to those who have already been to HOYS and all levels of riders are also catered for. We usually have three seperate sessions on each date and match up a group of horses working at the same level.
